Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:
We deliver nationwide within 3–5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is applied to all orders (unless stated otherwise).

Order Confirmation:
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed via phone call before dispatch. Orders without confirmation may be cancelled.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Delays:
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volume.

Incorrect Information:
Please ensure your shipping details (address & phone number) are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
